I have worked on SAP HCM implementations for more than 15 years. My roles have been from hands-on configurator to program manager. Most of my experience comes from implementing global SAP HCM projects. I have had the privilege of working with excellent stakeholders, program managers, colleagues and team members.

I love mobile technologies that enable business processes. I co-founded MilliApps and developed Bizbox, an app that enables SAP workflow on iOS. It has been fun and a very good learning experience. http://milliapps.com/main/blog/

Another HR system that has intrigued me is Workday and the concept of software-as-a-service enabled by cloud. My interest is thinking about how to transition from SAP to Workday. www.sap2workday.com

    The position is a SAP Compensation/Job Lead and will be responsible for assisting the corporate HR Compensation team with implementing the company’s domestic salary and bonus programs. The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

    • 2+ Years SAP Compensation Experience – both configuration knowledge and functional working knowledge
    • Technical proficiency in configuring tables and other ECM module specific enhancements and maintenance
    • Design, Analysis and Implementation of new programs and stock purchase plans in SAP
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Pass Background Check and have US Work Authorization

    In addition, the client provides free shuttle transportation from Englewood Cliffs, NJ several times throughout the day to Manhattan, so it will make it an easier commute if you are located in the NJ area.
